Telemetry scope

Specify sensor inputs, communication coverage and who receives alarms. Ask whether irrigation schedules continue locally when a gateway or internet connection is unavailable; remote access alone does not establish unattended operation.

Hydraulic fit

Record source water quality, design flow in gpm or m³/h and operating pressure in psi or bar at the relevant point. A controller does not replace filtration, correctly sized valves or a hydraulic design.

Control boundaries

Count zones and simultaneous valve outputs, then identify pump-start, rain and flow-sensor interfaces. Keep fertigation interlocks separate from convenient app features so a supplier can state exactly what the proposed configuration includes.

Cost

Delivered cost scope

These labels describe procurement checks, not completed projects or measured performance. Request a written bill of included items, software fees, packing, freight, taxes and support exclusions before comparing totals.

Start with the destination, then define the supply scope

Enter a city, ZIP or controller requirement to search the site. Include the US delivery destination in your inquiry so packing, freight and installation responsibilities can be discussed; this is not a dealer availability lookup.

Read the quote preparation checklist or review the inquiry catalog before submitting.

Put the open questions into one brief

Quantity, seasonal delivery date, site size, zone count and power supply help distinguish a relevant quote from an incomplete alternative. Target budget and supplier preference are optional; no existing quotation is needed.

Rural Compass Sourcing acts as an independent sourcing partner. Factory identity, availability and commercial terms are confirmed for the specific request.
